The bottom line is we look for ways to help you win, and turn your ideas and plans into successful projects. Your vision becomes our vision when you have us on your team.
As for our vision, here’s what we think is important:
› 20 years and counting. Over the years we’ve been fortunate to earn the repeat business of dozens of printers in the Kansas City area and around the country.
› We keep things simple and invest in the fundamentals. We’re big believers in the power of multiple checks and balances. Every step and every process gets a second and third look for quality and consistency. We’ll continue to invest in simplicity, clarity, and performance. We find good people and make sure they have good equipment and good leadership so they can do good work.
› Caring more. Treating people right is a core value. We treat our customers like we want to be treated, we treat each other with respect, and we know that work-life balance is essential for long-term success.
We have modest, but important goals: we learn, we help, and we follow through. We don’t waste time or money, but we do give back to our community. We’re in this business for the long haul, and we do our best to make wise decisions for the future.
At your service. More than anything else, we like coming through for our customers and working hard to make you successful. If you’re a customer, thank you. We appreciate your business. If you’d like to become a customer, we’d love to have you.
We’re ready to finish what you started.
Andy is the president of Post Press Specialties and is responsible for strategy, finance and marketing. He started in commercial printing over 25 years ago after graduating from Pittsburg State University with a degree in Printing Management. Andy joined the Post Press team 15 years ago and bought the company from the original owners in 2002. Personal Motto: Success is not the result of making money; earning money is the result of success — and success is in direct proportion to our service.

Matt began his career in the late 1990’s in mid-sized print shop located in southeast Kansas where he ran multiple pieces of bindery equipment as well as a 5-color Komori printing press. After ten years of service he moved to the Kansas City area where he became a sales and service rep for an extensive line of bindery and mailing equipment. In 2013 Matt accepted a position with Post Press with a duo role in production management and sales. Bowen is the resident expert on fast, fair and accurate pricing. He’s worked in the printing and finishing industry since 1994 and has been with Post Press since 1999. While Bowen enjoys seeing the transformation of flat printed sheets into books, folders, displays, and boxes, the most rewarding part of his job is working with his production staff to bring complex projects to life in creative and cost-effective ways. When not at the office, you can find Bowen skiing, boating and riding motorcycles very fast (on a closed racetrack.) No matter where he is, his best times are spent with his wife and teenage son.
